Overview: The Eparchial MYO Board organizes four regional retreats each year, along with various formation opportunities, and supports local parish MYO groups with their needs. As the mission continues to grow, so do the responsibilities, more dedicated hands are needed to carry this mission forward.

What are you applying for? The Eparchial MYO Board is seeking adults who are willing to offer their time, skills, and dedication, either as MYO Board Members or as MYO Board Interns.
As a MYO Board Member: This role is a one-year commitment (October 2025 through the National MYO Conference). You will be expected to attend all regional retreats and Eparchial board meetings (virtually). You will play a key role in one or more of our committees, contributing to the planning and execution of events, whether in logistics, spirituality, or media. More detailed responsibilities will be shared if you are selected and approved. This role is renewable at the discretion of Eparchial Board Leadership.
As an MYO Board Intern: This role is a one-year commitment (October 2025 through the National MYO Conference). You will assist with specific tasks assigned by the board. Interns don’t attend retreats, conferences or board meetings unless specifically requested as helpers. This role is renewable at the discretion of Eparchial Board Leadership.
What are the requirements?
For MYO Board Members:
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Actively involved in their parish
• Ready to commit and help
• Active members of their parish MYA (if applicable)
For MYO Board Interns:
• Must have graduated from MYO at least one year ago (i.e., completed their first year of college)
• Actively involved in their parish
• Ready to commit and help
